Terms and Conditions Policy for SaverBuddy
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before using the SaverBuddy mobile application (“App”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the App provided by SaverBuddy (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the App.
1. App Description:
SaverBuddy is a discount app that provides users with access to various offers, deals, and discounts from participating merchants. The App allows users to browse and redeem discounts available in Ghana.
2. User Eligibility:
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are using the App on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement.
3. Account Registration:
To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Offers and Discounts:
SaverBuddy provides a platform for merchants to offer discounts and promotions to users. We strive to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, but we do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of any offer or discount. The terms and conditions of each offer or discount are determined by the participating merchant. You acknowledge that the App may contain third-party content and links to external websites, and we are not responsible for the content or actions of any third parties.
5. Redemption and Limitations:
To redeem an offer or discount, you must follow the instructions provided by the participating merchant. Offers may have limitations, such as expiration dates, usage restrictions, and availability. SaverBuddy is not responsible for any issues or disputes that may arise between users and merchants regarding the redemption or fulfillment of an offer.
6. User Conduct:
When using the App, you agree not to:
a) Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
b) Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities.
c) Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.
d) Use the App for any unauthorized commercial purposes.
e) Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
f) Collect or store personal information about other users without their consent.
7. Intellectual Property:
The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software, are the intellectual property of SaverBuddy or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the App without our prior written consent.
8. Privacy:
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Termination:
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will cease.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties:
